Here's the kitchen and none of the dining room any more, now that I've taken a new picture. Note the original globe light. You can see a rectangular table next to the cooktop. It's the original built-in table. Many Eichlers had them. It's on a hinge and can swing out into the dining room, and has leaves hidden inside to extend it. Built-in furniture was one of the things with which Eichler experimented.
